In the morning, the Hirschen breakfast buffet can tear anybody away from a lie in. Here, our guests can expect specialty cheeses and meats from the Bregenzerwald, as well as freshly-prepared egg dishes, made personally by Christian. Those who prefer something a little sweeter can also enjoy a generous selection of local jams and honeys, as well as muesli.
Afternoon snack
Every day, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., you can enjoy something from our coffee and cakes buffet to tide you over. There are also savoury local specialties available for snacking on.
Gourmet evening meal
Of an evening, you can enjoy the full force of the Hirschen kitchen. We serve you a 6-course à la carte meal and you can help yourself to our salad and cheese buffet. Once a week, we will surprise you with a themed buffet and dessert buffet with the best that our kitchen can provide.
