To ensure a problem-free booking, we would like to inform you of the most important details about your booking here.

General information

The room rates include use of the spa facilities, indoor pool, bath towels, slippers and robe for adults.
If you wish to book only accommodation and breakfast, the room rate will be reduces by €32 per night.
The charge for single occupancy of a double room is €50 per day.
The room rates exclude the local tourism tax.
High-season pricing applies to the weekends of Ascension, Pentecost/Whitsun, and Corpus Christi.Additional charge over Christmas and New Year: €80 per person (applies to adults).

Please note:

Unfortunately, bringing dogs or other pets on the premises is not permitted.
Car parking spaces in the garage are available for €10 per night.
You can check in from 15:00
Check out is until 10:00.

Pricing information

Child discount
An additional bed is available per room for double rooms with two persons paying full price or family rooms with three persons paying full price.

2 years and under: 90% discount | incl. breakfast
10 years and under: 50% discount | incl. child’s portion
14 years and under: 20% discount | incl. full portion

Deposit

For fixed reservations, there is a deposit of €200 to be paid per room. Deposits are not refundable.

Cancellations
If you cancel no later than a month before your planned arrival, there will be no charges.

If you cancel between a month and a week before your planned arrival, you will be invoiced for 70% of the total fee. If you cancel within a week of your planned arrival, you will be invoiced for 90% of the total fee.

In the case of early departure, a room rate of €70 will be charged per person, per day.

Travel cancellation insurance

In case something should come up that prevents you from travelling, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with Hotelstorno Plus, so that you and your family have full coverage in an emergency.

Suite

Whether you’re travelling with family or a group of friends: Our spacious suites (52 m²) offer plenty of room for four people. The centrepiece of the room is the fireplace that, combined with the décor consisting of locally-sources materials and wood, provides a particularly inviting ambience.

Swiss stone pine double room

Thanks to the special Swiss stone pine wood, you will get an especially good night’s sleep in this room (32 m²). This is because Swiss stone pine has a long tradition, and has been highly valued in the Alpine region for centuries – not only due to its lovely fragrance, but also due to its positive effects on health, body, and sleep.

Standard double room

Feel right at home in our double room (32 m²) with a comfy double bed and plenty of space to settle into. Don’t forget the balcony – it gives you a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape

single room

Small, but lovely: Our single rooms (23 m²) are the perfect retreat where you can enjoy a little time to yourself. You can expect a cosy bed all to yourself, a chaise longue, and plenty of space to set yourself up properly and feel right at home.

family room

For families, we offer two family rooms (36 m²), each for four persons, with a cosy lounge area and balcony. The bedroom area for two people can be separated from the rest of the room with a sliding door.
